Coworking internship Montreal — join the Nuage B team in Saint-Henri. We are looking for a friendly and motivated intern who would like to gain hands-on experience in customer service, business operations, and community management.

This internship is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain practical experience in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

This unpaid internship, with a flexible duration of 4 to 12 weeks depending on your availability, takes place fully on-site at our Saint-Henri space, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Welcoming members and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
• Preparing meeting rooms before scheduled bookings
• Helping maintain clean, organized, and welcoming common areas for members and guests
• Restocking coffee, tea, and office supplies as needed
• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the coworking space
• Supporting workspace improvement projects
• Taking photos and short videos that may be used by our marketing team
• Working with the SEO and Social Media interns by sharing photos, videos, and content ideas gathered during your daily activities

Please note: this is a hands-on position. In addition to interacting with members and visitors, you'll help keep the coworking space clean, organized, and ready to welcome everyone throughout the day. This includes light cleaning, organizing shared spaces, and restocking supplies.
